No doubt about it, the working world has evolved hugely, since the days when I first got started, over 30 years ago.
And yet, some things never change.
We have upswings and downswings. We have trends. Good times and bad.
And in the end, a whole lot of us need jobs.
I’ve been riding the waves of economic upturns and downturns for decades, and I’ve managed to stay in the game – continuously employed – throughout. There were a few speed bumps, when I moved across the country and back. And let’s not forget the time I got “dot-bombed” 10 years before the rest of the tech industry and found myself with 85% of my co-workers, getting a severance check and a letter to the unemployment office.
I’ve learned a thing or two along the way, and I’ve figured things out as I’ve gone along. My track record speaks for itself.
Want to learn how you can stay in the game and keep your paycheck(s) coming in?
There’s an art, and a science, to getting to work… and keeping it.
